Description

The National Forestry Office, together with its partners involved in the protection of the Egyptian vulture (the Luberon Regional Natural Park, the Conservatory of Natural Areas of the Southern PACA Region and the League for the Protection of Birds), aim to remove climbing routes that interfere with the breeding of a pair of Egyptian vultures. Before carrying out these activities, awareness-raising actions will be carried out in the area so that the public better understands what’s at stake and why it is important to promote favourable conditions for the reproduction of this iconic species of the Luberon.
